Sessions
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:45 inclusive.
Entire Day Session – 08:00 to 17:45
Morning Session – 08:00 to 12:45
Afternoon Session – 13:00 to 17:45
Due to our childcare insurance policy and schedule, we cannot accept children into the nursery before 08:00, and all children must be collected before 17.45.
To allow all children to participate in daily experiences, such as allotment sessions and daily outings, please ensure they arrive at the nursery before 09.30.
If your child is arriving later, please contact us, and we will try to accommodate individual situations. However, this is not always possible due to plans/staffing for the day, and if your child’s room is out of the nursery, your child may have to attend the next scheduled session.
If your child will not be attending scheduled sessions due to illness or injury, please inform the nursery as soon as possible, as we have a duty of care to follow up on non-attendance.
Service users must arrive at our setting in good time to collect their child and be ready to depart by the end of session time as given above.
Fees
Our fees from 01 June 2024 are:

Pre School (Over 3) £36.50 £36.50 £73.00
Children entitled to 1140 hours of funding will receive 5 “funded” sessions per week for 45 weeks. The remaining five weeks will be charged at our standard rate. Any session over the 5 “funded” sessions will also be charged at our standard rate.
Fees are not refunded or waived in the event of absence for whatever reason.
We do not offer a discount or refund for holidays taken.
When a placement is agreed upon and confirmed, fees for the confirmed sessions must be paid in full each month, regardless of whether the child attends the nursery.
We do not offer “swapped” sessions if a child cannot attend their scheduled session.
Term Dates
We are open 50 weeks per year and close for two weeks over Christmas and New Year.

Last Day Friday 20th December 2024
Re-open Monday 6th January 2025.
