This week the Tweenies have been busy beginning some Christmas experiences, explored a sensory tray and made glitter snowflakes. The children have been learning about St. Andrew’s day through play by making flags and exploring a blue and white sensory tray while listening to Scottish music. We had our weekly dance session using bean bags, parachute, hopping stones and practising our rolling over skills. We made a flat screen tv for our home corner using a recycle cardboard box which we painted and using cotton wool to create a picture on screen. We had a tiger tea party using tea bags, warm water, tigers cutlery from the home corner and characters from the story, splashing in the water proved to be the most popular part of the experience.
